Current Ridge Residents
In order to receive access to the pool, any past and current HOA dues must be paid. Access is given to a maximum of (2) adults per household. Contact information must be provided in order to receive access through the app.
Only residents and invited guests are allowed access.
There is no lifeguard on duty.
Children <12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult >18.
No diving, running, pushing, foul language, or general roughhousing.
Keep conduct in a manner suitable for a family environment.
No loud music. Personal music devices only.
No smoking on the premises.
No food or drinks on the pool deck.
Glass is not permitted.
Swim diapers must be worn on all toddlers.
Appropriate swimming apparel only.
No animals, skateboards, bikes, or scooters allowed inside the fence.
The bathroom trashes are for the disposal of paper towels and bathroom items only.
All other trash is to be disposed in the outside receptacle.
Close the restroom doors and gate when leaving.
If the pool, pool area or restrooms needs attention please contact management. Report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
